As part of Council’s annual review and evaluation of their direct reports, to include contract renewal and negotiations, a virtual executive session will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 6:00 for the purpose of meeting with a consultant to assist with the process. This executive session is permitted under C.R.S. § 24-6-402 (4)(f)(I) - Personnel Matters and 4(e)1 - Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiation. An executive session requires an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present.
