Anyone wishing to speak is asked to fill out a speaker card and submit it to staff to address the committee. Public comments maybe submitted by email at pubiccomments@cityofartesia.us before 8:00 a.m. on the date of the meeting. All public comments are limited to a three-minute time period. Under California law, public comments at special meetings are limited to subjects on the agenda only.
