Any person who wishes to address the City Council regarding any item listed on this agenda is invited, but not required, to fill out a Public Meeting Speaker Card and submit it to the City Clerk. The purpose of the card is to ensure that the speaker’s name is correctly recorded in the meeting minutes and, where appropriate, to provide contact information for staff follow-up.

How to observe the Meeting:

— Presentation of certificates to community members and the South Bay Environmental Justice Alliance, recognizing their role in Metro's alignment decision of the Metro K Line Extension Project.
