1. Executive Session
If approved by Council and Broomfield Urban Renewal Authority (BURA) board, an executive session will be held under C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) for the purpose of obtaining legal advice and instruction to negotiators regarding Broomfield Town Square (BTS) development and potential amendments to the 2019 Redevelopment and Reinvestment Agreement (RRA).
